Google Nest Thermostat Faulty Part Ireland (Heatlink)

Hi folks

We bought a Google Nest Learning Thermostat and had it installed. It seems that we are having the same issue as almost everyone in Ireland in that the Heatlink is faulty.

I checked the official partner list from Google but none of them work with Google anymore. My understanding is that I need to use this forum for someone to help me out.  Essentially, we need a replacement heatlink.

Hi @simonmlewis 

There are known issues with the heat link, indeed.
I also have my heat link replaced. 😊

You should reach out to Google Nest Support.
