I got halfway through installation before the app told me I need an additional part. But it had already had me remove one connector wire, and take a photo before I did. Now I can’t access that photo so I have no Hvac. Is there any way to find that photo?

It appears to be a first-time installation. Could you tell us the type of Nest Thermostat you have? Please share with us a photo of your thermostat's wiring and how you labeled it. Also, what message code or wiring report did you get upon installation?
