Google Nest Thermostat Gen4 heats instead of cooling

Hi,

I set up the Nest Thermostat in our Home and copied the wiring from our Honeywell. But when I put it on Cooling - it heats all the time instead. 

I did everything as explained in the app.

When I put the old Honeywell on the AC runs again perfectly. 

Honeywell is wired as followed:

C
Y

R 

RC over jumper from R

I wired the Nest Gen4 the same with the only difference that RC is not wired as the App explained that Jumper are not to be repeated.

Can you help me ?

To better understand your wiring configuration, please answer the following questions:

• Is your system dual or single fuel?
• Do you have a heat pump?
• Is your system gas, electric, or other?
