Google Nest Thermostat Gen4 schedule issue

Hi, my client recently bought a new house with Google Nest Thermostat Gen4 installed. 8 installed with all control cables wired from 24V transformer relays and configured with Google Home app (iOS).

All 7 are working properly as per scheduled tasks as noted below:

#1 - #7

Monday to Sunday (weekly)

Comfort 6AM

Eco 830AM

Comfort 430PM

Sleep 10PM

All triggers the tasks correctly as per time scheduled. Apparently, there is 1 which we don't understand why it is NOT WORKING PROPERLY.

#8 Master's (which is the most important one)

Monday to Friday

Comfort 6AM

Eco 830AM

Comfort 430PM

Sleep 10PM (biggest issue)

Saturday to Sunday

Comfort 8AM

Sleep 10PM (biggest issue)

ISSUES:

During scheduled tasks "Sleep", it does not start but it skips the task "Sleep" and triggers the scheduled tasks again "Comfort". So, it had to be turned ON either manually or from app.

I have tried to restore to factory and redo configuration couple of times but everyday it does the same. Almost all tasks has been triggered correctly,  ONLY "SLEEP", does not do the job properly.

I have researched and asked Nest professionals regarding this issue and it is somewhat "UNCOMMON" for them as well. We do accept any help, ideas and suggestions that can help us resolve this issue.

Thank you

They have eight 4th Gens installed? Do they have multiple zones or multiple units?

If you have a multi-zone system, the zone controller can override the thermostat's schedule because the zone controller has limitations.

Zone controllers have a master thermostat and several slave thermostats. If the master thermostat calls for heat, none of the slaves can call for anything else (e.g., Cool or Fan only).

It doesn't look like your schedules have this type of conflict but if one needs cooling to get to the ECO temperature and another one needs heat to get to it you then have a conflict. This is just an example.
