I used to love Nest. Google’s decision to stop online support for Gen 1 Nest thermostats make then the most customer unfriendly companies around. I will never buy nor use another Google product again. We should all block using their products until they go back to respecting their customers. Bad move Google - very bad move!!! This is just proof that you do not care about your customers
