@Laura47, I'm sorry for the late reply. I wanted to ensure you were good to go. Having the device show offline is never ideal, but I'd love to help.
It appears you have the Nest Thermostat 2020. How's it going? Have you tried reconnecting it to the Google Home app? Please take a look at this article on how to setup your Nest Thermostat and let us know if you need more help.
