Compatibility

   Hi,I currently have a IQ Drive thermostat. I also opened up the furnace and took a picture of the wiring which has the following:R - C - DX+ - DX-4 wire connection. Please advise if this is compatible with the nest thermastat.thank you

Troubleshoot

I have thermostat set to cool, but it runs when temperature is lower than setting and today it was heating. Has worked flawlessly for over 3 years. Conventional hvac system not heat pump. How can it heat when set to cool only?
