Google home has updated to include hot water, but for some reason I cannot turn off my hot water. The schedule is saying it should be off and boost is off, but my boiler is staying on and the home app seems to be ignoring the time schedule. Everything was fine until google home was updated to include hot water, please help.

Hi @Rob567,
Thank you so much for contacting this community! I understand that since the update, some issues have come up, which is a problem because it seems the Google Home app is ignoring your schedules, but the boiler is on. I am here to help you!
Regarding what's happened, I understand that when there are integrations, there can be some areas for improvement. Therefore, I would like to provide you with some steps you can check:
Perform a reset on the Heat Link for 3rd gen Nest Learning Thermostat.
Note: If you hold Heat Link's button for longer than 10 seconds, it can reset to factory defaults.
Visit our Help Center to learn more about How to restart Heat Link or reset it to factory defaults.
Please feel free to share any additional details you think might be relevant.
Best regards,
Eduardo

Hi Eduardo, it appears since the update, it automatically switches on bacterial programme, this is what was causing it to stay on. Since switching this off everything is operating normally, thanks for your help though
