Hi,
I have a H72 heat link error on my Google Thermostat, does anyone have any advice how to sort this problem?
Also, will this mean I have no heating or hot water?
Thanks
Matt

I had same thing yesterday.... heat link is the Nest square white box next to your boiler that wirelessly links to the nest thermostat in your room thats displaying link error.... go check the Heat Link box and see if its displaying any lights.... press and hold circle button in middle for 10secs.... if no lights it's likely its died (mine is totally dead and needs replacement).... your hot water should still work but there will be no heating.
Get on to Nest help team (if you can find them let me know)

Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. This error indicates a power issue on your thermostat. It can happen if your Heat Link doesn't have power. Let me know if you see any lights on your Heat Link.
