Hello,
Nest Thermostat purchased around 18 months ago. The heat link (2nd Gen) has died (engineer confirmed this) after being installed for 18 months. He confirmed 230v mains to the input (UK) but no lights on the heat link. Stat itself fine when charged via mains (although obviously unable to control temperature). Switched out to old heat control for now.
Can you please let me know how to return/exchange please? Reached out via chat support a couple of times but no response.
