H71 error message. numerous attempts to reconnect. No lights on the heatlink. tried to reset it. Still no lights. no powercuts. wonder if its an issue with the model i have, as seen numerous others with issues but mine is outside of warranty. Delivered 02/01/20 I expect it to have lasted alot longer than it has! I expect its the heatlink thats failed.

UPDATE:
I've spoken to Google Nest online and they have arranged a free replacement and fitting. I would expect this is a known issue, as i was out of warranty.
