We have just come to fit our Nest Thermostat E but the Heat Link E is faulty and won’t let the electrician fit the cables into the ON connector as screw won’t fix into position. How do we get a new Heat Link e thermostat sent to us please?! I’ve tried calling Nest CS on 08081692307 all day but nobody picks up?! Thanks Jonty
