I have 2 x heat links, 1 for downstairs and 1 for upstairs, the lights have gone out on one and the thermostat has alarmed out saying connect to power, I have tried all the obvious stuff, hold button in, check power to unit etc, I am guessing I need a replacement, can you just get the heat link?
