Heat blowing on AC setting

Last night was the first night I cut the AC on since I've installed the nest thermostat. Turning the thermostat to AC below the house temperature and it only blows out heat. I have a HVAC zoning system (heat pump) with 2 thermostat and I replaced both thermostat.

Mine is doing this now. Did you figure out what was wrong? All I did was connect my app to a thermostat that was already I stalled and it messed it all up
