My Google heat link has died. Have confirmed there mains voltage to the input but there are no lights on the heat link. I've tried factory resetting it and leaving it off for a few minutes, and all the usual suggestions on the web but it makes no difference.
Can you please let me know how to get a replacement ?
This seems to be a common problem. I originally had a non smart controlled installed for over 15 years are it worked fine.
