My heat link suddenly stopped working earlier on this evening and I am now without heating. It has an error code and I went through all the trouble shooting steps and nothing worked as the heat link itself had no lights whatsoever on it and it is completely dead. I have no way of getting to any power supply for it, have had no previous electrical work done. I tried switching off the power and there are no issues with the power source. The heat link itself seems to have completely failed as there are no lights on it and appears to be no power.
Hi. This has also happened to me yesterday, so the same as you! I’ve booked the free replacement for Monday via boxt, but cannot find any way to turn it on manually. Please let me know if you figured something out
Hi, I’ve done exactly the same as you and booked a replacement heat link through BOXT but can’t come till Tuesday! 🥶 House is like a freezer so I did get a friend’s boyfriend to take a look but he was as perplexed as me 🤔🤷♀️
