Heat link v3 broken

Hi,

I have a Google Nest Thermostat V3 with heatlink installed but I think my heat link is broken:

- Google Nest Thermostat V3 shows error message H72

- Heat link has no light on (green/yellow/blue)

 

1. When was the thermostat installed?
2020? Don't know the exact date.

2. When did you first notice this behavior?
August 2022

3. Was it installed by a Nest Pro or by a heating/electrical engineer?
It was installed by a heating/electrical engineer

4. Did you notice any message on the thermostat display?
Yes H72 - heat link error

5. Did you notice any power cut in the area before this occurred?
No

6. Did you have any maintenance done on the heating or electrical system recently? 
No

7. Do you have only one or multiple Google Nest thermostat devices at the location?
Only One

8.What country are you located in?
The Netherlands

 

What I already tried:

-I tried pressing the heat link for 30 seconds, nothing happens.

- I have turned off the power to the heat link for a few minutes and then turn it back on. Unfortunately the Nest thermostat shows the same error message H72. 

-If I unplug the 220v power cable of the heat link and take the cap of so I can use a phone charger instead to power it, the lights go on and it activates the boiler. The thermostat still says its not connected to power. 

 

I think there is a diode in the heat link thats broken. I found a video on youtube with exactly the same symptoms.

So I would like to receive a replacement heat link.
