Thank you for the information @Nick12 . I would be happy to try and assist. If you have not already, check the breakers and switches at the location, to make sure nothing has tripped. Also check the boiler as it can sometimes have a separate switch on it. Confirm it has power, it should have a display or LED that turns on.
If it all looks good try and power cycle the Heat Link, if you're comfortable in doing so. Turn the power to the Heat Link off for a few minutes and then turn it back on. See if it has any reaction after when you press the button on it.

Hi Alex
Sorry for delay in replying, what is power cycling? .
I have turned power on off a number of times but nothing. Unit definitely has power to it and boiler has no issue with it

Power cycling would assume to turn the power off, leave it for 10 minutes, then turn it back on.

Understood, thank you. Please answer to the following questions:
Are you seeing any wiring report or error on the thermostat and/or the app?
Have you had any recent power cuts in your area? If yes, has the power been restored?
Have you recently had service or maintenance on your electrical, plumbing, or heating system?
If yes, how long was the power off for? (Be specific.)
Could you tell us please if you've checked on the breaker switch and fuse box?
Any blown fuse in there? Have you tried to turn the breaker switch off and on again? Any difference?
