Heat not turning On, After Installing Nest

Switching from Honeywell to Nest and Heat is not working. Did not try cool.

Could anyone please take A look and let me know what Is wrong?

I'm not sure if the Nest thermostat will work with your Honeywell Power Switcher but at first glance, it looks like you have your C and W1 wires backwards on your Nest thermostat.
