Heating 24hr

I'm having issues with energy history on my device. It shows usage to be 24 hrs a day in app even tho i have reset it manually. Is there any way to resolve this issue?

  • When did the issue start?
  • What app are you using with your thermostat: the Google Home app or the Nest app?
  • Can you please tell me what device or feature it is that you did a reset on?
