Heating Question

Have heat set to 68 degrees. Often house will drop to 65 before heat turns on. Any reason why this would be happening?

It appears that your system is taking time to generate the heat. To isolate:

• Is this a first-time installation?
• Does your thermostat have a C-wire connection on its base?
• What type of heating system do you have?
  • Do you have a cooling system as well?
• Do you see a delay timer appear on the screen when calling for heat?
