Heating comes on before time schedule, room temp still above lowest setting

@newhome2 , you need to provide a little more details so we can provide the absolute best support for you. What is the system mode in when this problem that you’re describing appears? Is the system mode set to heating, cooling, or combination heating and cooling?

You say that you are using a schedule have you verified that you have no errors in your schedule. Again the schedules are unique to each of the system mode so you need to check all your heating and cooling system.

In what country are you located? Do you see any messages or codes on your thermostat or in the app? Checking your thermostat's Energy History will tell you what your thermostat was doing previously. Also, gather and share with us your thermostat's power reading.

2. Go to Settings.
3. Look for Technical Info.
4. Select Power.

1. Open the Google Home app tap the thermostat tap Settings .
2. Select the Device Information.
3. Choose Technical Information.
