Heating will not turn off

Hi,

I have been away for a few days and since coming back I have found that my Nest will not stop heating. The temp is showing 22 degrees but my selected temp is 12. I have factory reset the thermostat to see if this would fix it but it hasn't. All the wiring looks fine (I'm not an expert) but other than turning the boiler off completely I can't stop the heating from being permanently on .

I've seen a few people with similar issues but I'm not too sure on the resolution for these.

Ay ideas?
