Totally Dissatisfied

Hi all.

I have been using a "smart" thermostat for about 4 years and am absolutely dissatisfied.
1) the detected temperature is 2-3 ° C above the actual one
2) the consumption history does not work correctly
3) the "At home / away" functionality does not work: the app detects me outside, but the heating does not turn off and, when I return, the app sees me "at home" but the thermostat remains in "ECO" mode
In addition, the assistance does not know how to give me adequate support.
