Heatlink Firing in manual mode but not via thermostat

To start - I want to clarify the setup - this has also been working until yesterday - nothing physical has changed.

I have two nest thermostats - one for upstairs and one for downstairs.   Yesterday I ran out of oil and when I filled it back up this appeared to have been stopped working.   No wires have changed or been tampered with etc.   Upstairs is working perfectly.   Downstairs appears to be lighting orange and I can hear an audible click coming from the heatlink, but nothing is firing up.   If I press manual mode - it all works perfectly.   This could have been like this a couple of days so the running out of oil could be a red herring.

I took the panel off to check the wiring and it all pears to be ok - nothing loose and from what I remember it looks correct.

I have done what I think is a factory reset on the heatlink and on the thermostat but they don’t appear to have changed anything.

Kinda running out of ideas of what it could be.   I have seen other articles which tend to suggest that it is the wiring and most of those are new installs which this isn’t.   I have had it working perfectly for two years.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

So - I think a complete reboot off the house has done the trick.   Both Heatlinks were blue flashing lights when I booted the system back up.   I then turned the thermostats up to kick on the heating.   Both lights turned to green and the system “appears” to be back to normal!
