Heatlink has died

My nest thermostats were installed around 3 years ago and have always worked fine, all of a sudden the heatlink has completely died. I have changed the fuse, checked breakers, checked the thermostat wiring and all are okay. There is power to it but it will not work, no lights come on at all and I can’t turn my hot water on!

To better understand the situation, I'd like to ask a few questions:

• What type of Nest thermostat do you have?
• When was it installed?
• Are you seeing any wiring report or error on the thermostat or app?
• Have you recently had service or maintenance on your heating system?
  • If yes, how long was the power off for?
