Heatlink is not powering

Hi,

I’ve a second generation nest thermostat and heatlink. This morning the thermostat showed the H72 error and no lights were showing on the heatlink. I tried flipping the circuit that powers the heatlink, and the 20 second holding of the button to restart to no avail.

I live in ireland, and this installation was executed by Electric Ireland. Can I get some help with this please?
