We have three Google Nest at the office, the system was installed some where between 2 and 3 years. I went to turn the heating on for the first time last week and noticed that there was no response from one of the thermostats. On checking it out I found that the heatlink device is power dead. The same thing happened last year and I ended up buying a new kit. Seriously thiunking of chucking the lot out and replacing with an alternative.
This seems to be a very common occurance.
