I have a nest thermostat and somehow my app got screwed up with the email addresses and the passwords. Now the only way I can reach this thermostat is to climb on top of the piano. I have tried multiple numbers to reach you and they’re all disconnected!!

The only way I know of to reach Support is with the link below, not selecting the suggested resources, and selecting the phone option if it is available depending on location and time of day:

Yes, this helper was correct but even doing what they said was not easy nest makes it incredibly complicated as if they wanted you to do anything but call customer service. It finally worked for me following this helpers advice, and I was able to talk to a person from 1:30 to 2:30 AM to get this app. Problem solved. I will never buy another nest product if it is this difficult to reach customer service that says a lot about the company. The technician was really excellent, but it was a very stressful situation.
