Just match up the wires but:
Put red in Rc if Nest Learning (or R on Nest regular) no jumpers are used on Nests
Put brown in OB
Blue B wire needs to be checked so you go to the air handler and remove the cover and look where the blue wire is connected. If it is a Trane brand system and it is on B screw then that is your C terminal. If it is another brand then you do not need it and can move blue to the C terminal screw on the air handler and then put it on the C on the Nest.
Set it up as a Heat Pump with aux heat on W1 Nest Learning (or W for Nest)

Hello folks,
Thanks for helping here, @Houptee.
@robinson1220, I'm checking back in. Were you able to review Houptee's guide? You can follow his instructions before installing a Nest thermostat to ensure the correct wiring configuration. Also, please keep us posted on how the installation goes and let us know if you need more help.
Regards,
Mark
