Hi, My nest turn orange, then it says alt.heat stage 2. the heat does not come on.

Mine is back to doing this same thing. It starts up, as if it's going to kick on with heat, then after the motor appears to about to blow heat... it immediately turns off. I don't use my 2 year old furnace the rest of the year, and soon as it became chilly it acts up.it did this last year as well

  • How is your Nest Thermostat wired?
  • What is the power reading of your Nest Thermostat? You can find this information by going to Settings > Technical Info > Power.
