My Next History tells me I had my thermostat set for 24 hours for December and most of January. I was not in the house and my son had it set on auto assist and goes out to uni in the day. I want to speak to an actual Nest employee not just struggle to communicate through chats and community’s and forums. Please can someone get in touch on my email and importantly post a telephone number here?

I'm sorry for the trouble this may have caused you. I understand the data shown in the Nest app's energy history usage can be confusing, but I'd be happy to take a look into this for you.
Please try to check your energy history via the Nest Web App. This will help us isolate if both are reading the same information. Also, could you please share with us a screenshot of the graph showing the usage for the month of December?
