Thermostat has been a day behind since daylight savings time. Restarted thermostat and app but no change. Thermostat itself is up to date. Would prefer to find a fix without having to factory reset device.

Hi Onemorehere,
Thank you for posting in the community. I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing trouble with your Google Nest thermostat. I understand how frustrating that can be, and I'm here to help.
To help us troubleshoot effectively, could you please answer the following questions:
What specific model of Google Nest Thermostat do you have?
When did you first notice this issue?
When did you last see the usage data update correctly?
Have you tried restarting your Nest Learning Thermostat itself?
Have you recently made any changes to your Wi-Fi network, such as changing your password or router?
In addition to answering these questions, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
Clear the App Cache:
On your phone, go to "Settings" > "Apps" > "Nest or Home" > "Storage" > "Clear cache". This can resolve temporary data conflicts.
Update the app:
Ensure the app is updated to the latest version on your phone.
Reinstall the app:
If clearing the cache doesn't resolve the issue, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
Check Phone's Date and Time:
Ensure your phone's date and time are set to "Automatic" or are correctly configured. Incorrect date and time settings can sometimes cause synchronisation issues.
Restart Your Phone:
A simple phone restart can resolve many temporary software glitches.
Please provide your responses to the questions and let me know if the issue persists after trying these steps. I look forward to your response.
Regards,
Kevin
