History of thermostat a day behind

Thermostat has been a day behind since daylight savings time. Restarted thermostat and app but no change. Thermostat itself is up to date. Would prefer to find a fix without having to factory reset device.

To help us troubleshoot effectively, could you please answer the following questions:

  • What specific model of Google Nest Thermostat do you have?

  • When did you first notice this issue?

  • When did you last see the usage data update correctly?

  • Have you tried restarting your Nest Learning Thermostat itself?

  • Have you recently made any changes to your Wi-Fi network, such as changing your password or router?

In addition to answering these questions, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Clear the App Cache:

    • On your phone, go to "Settings" > "Apps" > "Nest or Home" > "Storage" > "Clear cache". This can resolve temporary data conflicts.
