Thank you for your question @PamE . I would be happy to try and assist you.
Should you wish you can set the thermostat to Eco and then select the hot water control section and tap on the icon in the upper right corner to go into settings and toggle off the first option. This will disable the hot water schedule until you enable it back.
However if you use the Home/Away feature, once you leave the thermostat should switch to Eco mode and the hot water schedule should turn off until you come back. Keep in mind that Bacteria Prevention will turn on every 2 days to help stop bacteria developing in the water.
