Home Report not received for 2 months

Received my emails each since June through November. Since then nothing

Yes, in my nest app under Notifications, Nest Home Report is enabled

What is wrong?

Hello David1953,

 

Thanks for letting us know about the missing month's home report. Let's see what's going on.

Check if your thermostat shows your 10-day summary of energy history in the Nest app. Also, make sure that the Nest app is up to date and that the permission settings on your phone's notification are turned on.
