Been given the run around for 3 days now on messenger. My heat link has failed and taken the thermostat with it as no power. So no heating or hot water. There is power to the heat link but the heat link does not work, no there was no power surge, no power cut, no work to the house! The other 2 thermostat work fine as do their heat links.
I have filled in the form sent in messenger multiple times on request. I have supplied the serial number of the thermostat multiple times and also sent photos of it. I have sent copies of emails where i purchased and has a Nestpro electrician install it. I have given you access to my account. Then you are having problems verifying my thermostat! Well if your hoping to contact it you cant, its dead remember! It has no power so has now shut down! Happens when there is no power and back up battery also dies. You reckon have sent me multiple emails to my account so I can verify my email account is your latest line!! Do I believe that, no not anymore. So latest delaying contact is fill in the form again with an alternative email address they can use to verify my account!!!! How ridiculous, yes I have other email addresses but they are not connected to my Nest account so how is that verification of anything???? Do I think Im being strung along, yes! I have cancer, I feel the cold more than most. I now have hot water on being heated by electric which is costing me a fortune on top of the already excessive power bills. I also want to know if you fall under any Ombudsman services, I have all the conversation and screen shots of all the forms filled in multiple times.
doesnot work they give you the runner around and say they are sorry but there is a delay in sending out the email so you can get your warranty thermostat - been waiting 7 days now for this email and you cannot get them to process it any faster - rubbish service.
