How do I turn off the annoying ECO MODE on my nest 4th gen?

I am away from home but I do have a cat who has respiratory issues and the nest keeps kicking into lower temperatures (60F) , which I understand it isn't horrible but I don't want to make my cat's congestion more by making the environment super chilly and I tried to rest the eco mode through app but somehow it resets everyday. 

It also has been giving me issues with sensing presence. Despite me being at home, it kept going into AWAY mode. 
Please help.

Thank you for your response. I'm sorry to hear the issue is still not resolved. At this moment, the option we have to update the dark mode in your Google Nest Hub is to do a factory reset and then set up the Nest Hub back in the Google Home app.
