How do I reset my Nest account? I've been having repeated issues linking a thermostat to my account. I've done two thermostats with the same errors (TD006, TD008, etc.) and done all the suggested troubleshooting I could fine. As a last resort, I linked the thermostat to my backup account it worked perfectly fine. As a result, I've asked Nest support, repeatedly, to reset my account, and they refuse to do it. As such, is there a way I can reset it or disassociate my Nest apps from my account to for a reset or refresh? I can't deal with chat or phone support anymore.

There is no way to reset a Nest account except to delete it as a whole and then start over. To do that, follow the steps below:
To create a Nest account again, follow the steps here.
