Hi! Please help...i have Trane system (does nest work woth Trane?) and sometimes the heat pump unit outside not kick on, just the fan not the warm air. And then i tried to turn the aux heat on(outside temperature is 40), the warm air come out (around 90-95 degrees at the air vent) and the the outside unit still not running. I dont know what happened with that, i had heat pump with electric coil aux heat.
