Hi there,
Some time last year, I received a notification that my HeatLink might need replacing and I went online and sorted out a free replacment. Now I've received the same notification that it might need replacing. Is this right or an admin error?
I do have 2 Thermostats on the 1 account, but at different locations - there's no way to see which location it's referring to, but they do have different names - the one it's referring to seems to be the same one that was replaced last year.

Hi there @MattAnorak. The email might have been sent due to a power outage. The thermostat didn't receive power from the Heat Link, or it lost the wireless connection, and when it communicated with the servers, it was registered that the Heat Link doesn't have power anymore, and the email automatically sent. As I said, it might have been a short power outage that triggered the email and the devices are fine, but the most certain way to check is to go to the locations and see if the Heat Links have lights on them. If one of them doesn't, but there is power in the house, that is most likely the one that the email refers to.

Ah, nice one, thanks, @Paul_R . I don't think it's had any outages that I can tell. All lights are on and all is working fine, so I guess I can just ignore the email.
Thanks.
