I just want the heating to come on at specific times. I set a schedule, turned off autoschedule but the heating still comes on at odd times, e.g 2am. It is costing much more than my old thermostat. Have tried asking for help online with no response. The electrician who installed it thinks it is faulty software but is there a phone number to call and get the devise checked.
