Is it possible to turn on fan on one Nest Thermostat when another Nest Thermostat turns on heat

I have a boiler for heat with baseboard heat.  I also have forced air AC on a 2nd thermostat.  I'd like to turn on the fan from the AC whenever the heat thermostat has the furnace running.
