The compatibility checker said no but I don't understand why, and one of my labels has more than one letter. Thank you!

Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the community! I can totally get the confusion behind complicated HVAC wiring setups. Let's help decode it together.

The Compatibility Checker likely ruled your home incompatible due to your B wire being a possible proprietary setup from your existing HVAC system or that your Rh and Rc wires imply that you have a dual transformer system. These kind of HVAC setups require a Nest Pro to install as they are extremely difficult to wire correctly.
