Is my honeywell thermostat next compatible ?

Hello, I'm looking to buy 3 Nest thermostats but not sure if my system is compatible it doesn't seem to match with any of the compatibility guides I found online, attached are pictures for reference

Your thermostat's wiring label might be located at the back of the base plate. Could you try checking it out and sharing with us a photo of it? Also, a picture of your system control panel would help so we can determine how they are being labeled as well as the make and model of your HVAC system.
