Is my wiring correct. Not cooling.

Can anyone help to see if I’ve wired my Nest correctly. It isn’t cooling my house down once I installed the Nest.

What system do you have? Do you have a furnace, AC, or a heat pump? Also, could you provide a clear photo of your original thermostat wires showing the terminal labels?
