Is there a way to check the requested water temp (via Opentherm) from Nest Thermostat (3rd gen)?

Hello everyone,

I have a 3rd gen Nest thermostat linked via Opentherm to a combi gas boiler, feeding radiators. Is there any way for me to check what water temperature Nest requested at a specific time, without actually going to the boiler?

Thanks

Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. You can set the hot water temperature from the thermostat. For more information, check out our guide here

Thanks but that's not what I'm looking for. Opentherm changes the temperature for the water going in the radiators depending on outside temp, conditions and target temp. This is what I'm looking for, is there some way to check this?

Hey @gkatsikhs. The thermostat will only show the ambient temperature, you won't be able to check the water temperature.
