It says its not compatible what should i do let me know if there is a way

My unit has G,  Y,  R,  RC,  W the heat is oil and the ac is forced air. This is how my current unit is installed for some reason the yellow is in white and white is in yellow.

Try this wiring

Red - RC to Rc

Blue - R to Rh

White - Y to W1

Yellow - W to Y1

Green - G to G
