Learning Thermostats resulted in higher utility bills

Dipsite

Hello,

we bought and had professionally installed 2 learning thermostats in November and since then both gas (heat) and electric bills are much higher than previous years and trends. Any insights on what could be going wrong here or is there any help available to review all settings?

Thanks
