Lock- Unlock

Very often my Nest 3 gen unlock randomly and my mother, who live in the house ask Nest for 90 F.... I'm the only one who know te **bleep** that lock/unlock it and never asked for unlocking the thermostat. I'm also the only one using the app... Do someone have an idea why this ?

It's unusual for the Nest Thermostat to unlock randomly without manually disabling it within the Nest app's settings. To ensure that changes are reflected, please make sure the app is up-to-date. You can also try uninstalling and reinstalling it; this usually helps to fix the in-app issues.
