Lock gen 4 nest thermostat, or notify when someone changes it.

So it seems like the feature isn't available on the newest of the thermostats which I find extremely weird but in case I'm just mistaken, here's the question: Can I lock my thermostat?

I've a few roommates and living in Arizona during the summer it definitely gets hot. However, I've set a schedule to balance out comfort and every saving, but someone keeps adjusting it. Just today, I get home from work to find the A/C has been running nonstop for almost 4 hours!

Does this thermostat have a feature that'll help me or should I just invest in a lockbox?

Thanks for reaching out here in the Google Nest Community.

The lock feature is available only to Nest Learning Thermostat and Nest Thermostat E. You could manage your temperature using the Google Home app and even create a temperature schedule.
